For the patients who were already booked in to come to our clinic between 13th March-15th June, A member of our team has been in contact with you via email or phone about re-scheduling your appointment.

Why our clinic is open

In Krakow the lock-down for all non essential goods and services commenced on March 13th. This included our clinic as well as all other dental practices in the city. Two weeks later we were contacted by the Polish government and asked if we could re-open our Dentestetica clinic to deal with emergency patients needing immediate treatment throughout the pandemic, with all the other clinics in the city remaining closed.

They chose our clinic for the following reasons:

1. The size of our clinic, spanning over 300 sqm, which let’s us manage social distancing .

2. Our reputation for the highest hygiene standard practices

3. State of the art equipment for every specialist treatment

4. Our dentist team, widely recognised as the best specialists in their field of excellence.

Safety measures in place in the clinic

Before we opened our clinic we had to prepare our clinic using the strictest safety protocols. We went from 7 chairs (treatment rooms) down to 3 chairs, In our waiting room we can only have max 3 people at a time sitting 2 meters apart at least. We conduct an interview with each patient before their appointment and we won’t treat any patients with “flu symptoms”. All of our Dentists/assistants wear special suits and masks throughout the appointment. We have a 1 hour break in the middle of the day for sterilization of the clinic, and 15 minute breaks in between each patient where we run UV fans. With all these precautions in place, it makes our clinic 100% safe for you to come and visit for an appointment when you are ready.

COVID test – Before we start treatment with patients from abroad, we will do a COVID test which will take just 30 minutes to get result. Once negative we can then start the treatment.
